How long does processing & shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days. Some orders may be ready in as little as 5 business days, while longer lengths may require up to 14 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package.
Are all sales final?
Yes. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully, including the texture, length, and quantity, before completing your purchase.
What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?

How should I care for my ARVÉ hair?
Treat your ARVÉ hair with the same care as your natural hair. Gently detangle using a wide-tooth comb or soft brush, starting from the ends and working your way up. Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and nourishing conditioner, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Avoid rubbing or wringing the hair when drying; gently pat dry and air dry when possible. When using heat, always apply a heat protectant and avoid excessive temperatures. We recommend staying around 350°F. When not in use, store your hair in a dry place, preferably in a satin or silk bag to help prevent tangling and dust buildup.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Can ARVÉ hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. ARVÉ hair can be colored and bleached up to #613 blonde, giving you the freedom to customize your look. For best results and to maintain the integrity of the hair, we strongly recommend having all coloring and bleaching performed by a licensed professional. Chemical processing may alter the hair’s natural texture and longevity.
What is the difference between a 2×6 closure, 5×5 closure, and 13×6 frontal?
The difference is the amount of lace and styling versatility each option provides. A 2×6 closure offers a smaller, defined parting area for a simple, natural look. A 5×5 closure provides more lace and parting space for added styling flexibility. A 13×6 frontal extends across the front hairline and offers the most versatility for parting and styling.
